Won’t stand behind product or call us back. We Built a custom home 3 years ago, at about 2 - 2.5 years after moving in, the lips of the vinyl flooring started to peel in the kitchen area. Innovative flooring had a warranty claim adjuster sent out, and since then they will not return our calls when we call in. Adjuster said this issue is an install error as the kitchen cabinets and island should have been installed before the flooring and ours were not. You would think a flooring company would know this. EXCELLENT!!!! Innovative flooring did a beautiful job on our cottage. We needed to install carpeting quickly throughout our whole main floor as we had decided to list. They were highly responsive, quoted the job quickly and were able to order and install the carpeting in 3-4 weeks. Their customer service was excellent and so very helpful. Carpet choices were extensive, pricing was very reasonable and installation quality excellent. Thank you for doing such a beautiful job, our cottage was transformed !!!
Our flooring journey began with a visit to Innovative Flooring in Exeter...we had the pleasure of meeting Anette who provided us with valuable information in terms of the flooring type that would best meet our needs (large dog :) and young grandchildren!). Amazing people to work with and dedication to the project! Will and his crew were tasked with replacing the flooring at our busy dental office in Clinton. The only time of year that we shut down the clinic for long enough to get this project done is during the Christmas holidays. The crew completed the project with care, attention to detail, on budget, and always with a smile. We just moved to the area and we are so happy we went in to check out Innovative Flooring and Home Design. Joe, Shelby and Annette are so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with some big decisions I couldn’t have done without out them. They helped me pick tile, the perfect grout colour and lighting for my bathroom, kitchen and carpet for our bedrooms.
