We were hesitant to build our house because we had seen first hand through friends how stressful the process could be. But it was a pleasure building with Warren and his team. They were very responsive and accommodating to changes we wanted to make along the way, and managed the project professionally and efficiently. Warren and his team at Innovative design and build went above and beyond for our recent build. We have built quite a few homes for our family and this has been the best experience we have had thus far. If I ever needed to call, Warren always answered and was always willing to offer advice or an alternate solution to any problems that we encountered. Our build was Warrens biggest one to date and he absolutely nailed it. Good organisation skills are basically a super power for builders and Warren has that in spades. Any issue that popped up, like they typically do with a build, was dealt with promptly and calmly. His team is also equally talented and dealing with them was also a great pleasure. If we had the choice to do it all over again, we'd go with IDBG again in a heartbeat.
