I traveled from Markham to Newmarket for their excellent service but encountered confusion due to the poor assistance from receptionist Cara. The taxi cost $200 to Innovative Denturers. Denturist Rick was honest and helpful, but he couldn't provide the service this time. Normally, we don't obtain an ODSP signature until after receiving service, but Cara insisted on it. I'm uncertain if I will be denied by ODSP next time I need the same service.
My wife was under one very delicate health situation and needed an urgent partial. The appointment was immediate, thanks to the receptionist. The attention from the denturist, as well as the quality and speed of the work, a sample of professionalism. Now, my wife is enjoying the work and can continue with the other health treatments in the hospital. Thanks, thanks a lot.

What a great find this was to take care of all of my needs. Extremely caring, thoughtful, engaged and so very friendly. Rick takes his time, listens to your needs, and gives advice on what's best for YOU. Front desk staff is amazing as well and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
