Nothing "innovative" here. The only thing saving them from a 1 star review is that it doesn't seem like my therapist has jumped to irrelevant conclusions. However, after 10 sessions I still don't feel like my therapist has any idea what I'm struggling to cope with on a daily basis. My last session was almost 2 weeks ago, and my therapist did offer to reach out to other therapists to see if she could match me with someone who would be a better fit, but did caution me that the same ineffective methods would be the basis of any... read more
