This practice stinks. I have been trying to get a therapist with them for months. Issues that have arised Everytime you call to schedule they don't schedule, they have to call you back to schedule. Annoying. I was connected with a therapist that I saw for 1 month. This therapist recommended a book that she didn't even read herself and she admitted it when I confronted her. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. I confirmed my appointment with the customer service rep, insurance dept, and the therapist herself, Darnise Horne. When I showed up for the appointment, no one was in office. Customer service and therapist never answered nor responded to my calls or emails. To date (months later), I still have not heard anything back.
The first session went great. Got partnered up with a great therapist. Then they decide to flake on me for 2 sessions. It kind of sounds like they're trying to do a quick insurance grab
