Completely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. I confirmed my appointment with the customer service rep, insurance dept, and the therapist herself, Darnise Horne. When I showed up for the appointment, no one was in office. Customer service and therapist never answered nor responded to my calls or emails. To date (months later), I still have not heard anything back.
The first session went great. Got partnered up with a great therapist. Then they decide to flake on me for 2 sessions. It kind of sounds like they're trying to do a quick insurance grab

I had a positive start with my therapist, Natalia Balagulska! She asked questions that hadn't been explored in my previous two years of therapy. Additionally, she assigned me "homework" to complete between sessions, ensuring that our time together is productive and focused. Now I look forward to my therapy sessions knowing that I will learn something new or be able to revise techniques I hadn’t before.
