I also have a bad experience at this location. When we signed up, I sent all of my insurance information & was told that it was accepted. We made our appt, went several times before I get a call from an office manager named Julie. She said we owed $150 because the insurance was NOT one they used. My fiance decided to keep going on his own for a short time but also left as he wasn't satisfied but paid cash for his following sessions. I did not continue as I went somewhere else. I had the privilege of seeking support from Innovative Counseling, and I can't recommend them highly enough! The team here is truly exceptional and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and understood. Their innovative approach to counseling is refreshing and effective. My teen is a patient here. I love the evening and weekend availability. He has been seeing someone who specializes with teens for about 1.5 years. Very happy with things at this provider.

Probably the worst there is. My teenage daughter started to go here. Within the first month, her therapist canceled/rescheduled her appointments half the time. Most last minute. The the therapist UP AND QUIT with no notice. These are children they are working with. all innovative cares about is money and getting paid. If you care about your child, find a reliable place. This isn't it
