This was one of my worst experiences at a counseling center to date. It started with them asking me to sign blank insurance forms telling me, "the rest will be filled in later". Don't ever sign a blank form. This happened first thing at my first three visits. Secondly and most importantly, my last three appointments where canceled by their office. Worst place. All they care about is there pocket book. Treat there staff terrible. Shouldn't be allowed to be in business.
For me it is such an amazing experience to have someone who can you trust and support you through your struggles and challenges in life and glad to have someone as my bhis worker to help me in so many different situations in my life journey through my own struggles with ADHD, depression etc!!!
Places with the 5 STAR façade are fake. This place is the real deal. If you need anything reach out and the staff will get you help and answers.
Horrible place. They go thru ppl worse then Walmart. Went there for therapy switched therapist liked him then they turn around and said ohh he's not certified to do therapy. Then why they put u with him?? Then my kids went there for a while. They was good after going thru so many therapists they had one they liked then get letters saying all my kids are no longer allowed to go there.. hummmm very shady place. So dont go there if u want stability you won't get it!!!!
