Ernesto is amazing and incredibly helpful! He is professional and honest. Very impressed with Innovative Cooling Technologies.
We had contacted three contractors due to a problem with our HVAC system. The first two contractors did not have a messaging system that indicated who I was calling and there was no response to my messages. Ernesto did pick up on my call. I understand this will not always be the case. He was able to schedule me for the next morning and unfortunately for us the entire unit had to be replaced. He was able to schedule me within two days for the entire install, he took pictures of his work and responded quickly to any questions.... read more
