I am updating my initial review. When I contacted Innovative for consultation on an issue I was having and scheduled an appointment - there was a breakdown of communication / service that led me to a great deal of frustration. I contacted Michael and spoke with him directly regarding this and we were able to come to a resolution that resulted in him coming out on a Sunday to make it right. He is right about the gate and my wife didn’t answer. She wasn’t the one who schedule it I was. He said he didn’t have my number which he did I texted him Friday the message was read and I called him multiple times from my number so he had my number. I called him to reschedule he said he would call me back never did. I even offered to pay more for my mistake on the gate which he said he only waited 15 minutes not 30. First time using this company. Had an apt and no one showed. At the 15 min late mark I called to inquire about the whereabouts of the technician. Had to leave a voicemail. Shortly after I received a call back only to be told the technician called in late and was already on calls for the day? Would I not have BEEN ONE OF THOSE? Was offered to sit around and wait on another tech for 45 min to a hour or reschedule. I had to use PTO to meet your technician. I dont get that back.
