Me an my family was moved into a home during Covid a was horrible cried tears. My home is full of mold nothing has been fixed I’m so unhealthy due to this home it’s sad back an forth in the hospital in working with a lawyer as of February
I rented for them in 2019 I can say they actually came an fix stuff they move me in bevo mills was an nice neighborhood. Even when my basement flooded and my furnace went out they gave me window units and they clean out the basement and when the stove broke they brought me an different stove when the walls needed to be painted they did paint the walls and when my floors was mess up they did fix my floors. This company has the worst everything ever. I was supposed to see a townhouse at 3pm on August 7 2023 the lady that was supposed to show the townhouse never showed up and had 5 potential tenants including myself waiting for an hour and when we called the company said she wasn’t coming. I decided to leave and move on, the lady Felicia calls my phone and says that the woman that was supposed to show the town house wasn’t answering so she say she was going to show it herself. Not good maintenance at all they take there time with stuff, water leaking from the ceiling it’s been 5 days with me not being able to use my water
