Took my F150 in to see if we could troubleshoot a factory alarm issue caused by work done at another shop. After discussing a bit they told me if I wanted it repaired back to factory spec I would need to take it to a dealership - I've been told that before. I said what I really want is that it be disabled completely as I don't need it and would rather have it gone. He said "we can do that." I said "DO IT!" This shop was absolutely phenomenal. I originally called them when I was getting quotes from a few shops for a security system. When I called Innovative Car Sound & Security, I spoke with Eric who was very knowledgeable. He let me know that the system I was interested in actually had a lot of quality issues with the remote. They no longer carry the system I was interested for that reason. He had a few other systems he recommended.
