Originally my review was 5 stars after buying a sub and some wiring from them. Recently got a new car and decided to get them to install my subwoofer and amplifier. I spoke to someone on the phone and booked an appointment, he told me the install would be $110 and an extra $20 for a remote bass control which sounded very fair. When I did show up (after taking an unpaid day off work) I was quoted $332 for the install. I was shocked and the person helping me didn't offer any explanation. RecommendedI have went into Innovative on every occasion I am absolutely blown away by the customer service I get. Everytime I've went in I have had the pleasure to work with Derek weather it's just some speaker wire and some female adapters for a sub box or just to spend a couple bucks on something he's always knowledgeable and respectful with answers to all questions. These guys know there stuff inside and out, I had a terrible install done by a different company on my stereo and back up cam and they fixed everything for me, they went above and beyond on their install. I could not have asked for a better experience, they are very knowledgeable on their product line and gave great recommendations. Very competitive on pricing and easy to work with.
I went in to innovative audio to purchase a sub and amp Derek showed me a few things and then we decided what sound I was looking for ... They got my car right in for instillation they now will have a returning customer in the future .... Great Job guys.
All around a great group of guys! Had a viper remote installed on my wife’s car. She loves it. I was a last minute install request and they said they would do it if I could leave the car all day. Wasn’t to excited about that. But when they called at noon and said your all done I was thrilled. They have exceeded my expectations. Well done!!!!
Been shopping here since 1995. Legit place for mobile electronics! I had a Viper alarm with remote start installed about 6 months ago. Its working great!
After installation of stereo, took my car for a test spin. Not prepared for appointments (after I got off work early and connected my boat), wanted to cut my boat seat in half (seriously?) to get a pre-made box installed, and then put screws right through the bottom of my hull. I wouldn't use them if they gave me a stereo system
