COMPLETE MISDIAGNOSIS Was told by MARK that I needed engine work when the problem was a faulty fuel pump. Since his personal misdiagnosis over 6 months ago, I have replaced the fuel pump and driven the truck daily to include 2 trips to the Carolinas, one of those trips was with a loaded bed there and back! Do NOT use this business unless you have more money than sense.
RecommendedInnovative Automotive (ask for Mark) helped me get my car back on the road! Mark was professionally courteous (hard to find these days) and was up front about each problem my car had, and kept us in the loop with consistent updates! He and his team (shoutout to Phillip and Scott) worked with us to find permanent solutions as well as potential alternatives. In Lakeland, this is the only mechanic I'll be going to from now on. I waited 1 week to write this review, my car drives like the day I bought it.
