I strongly believe I narrowly missed an illegal $1,000+ upcharge by Innovative Auto Solutions (IAS), aka DQ. IAS missed a step clearly required by Honda TSP 16-002 – “CORRECTIVE ACTION Replace the starter and rotate the torque converter clockwise one bolt hole”. They replaced the starter without rotating the torque converter. It would have taken 5 minutes more to do it right.
