Madison was great at explaining the allergy testing process and treatment. She was kind and put my mind at ease. I am so happy to know what has been causing my sinus inflammation and congestion. I can't wait to start the drops. I was also so happy that she called my insurance to determine my coverage. I was not expecting that and it was so helpful. She really went the extra mile.
