This is my second experience with Ralph, and both have been positive. During the most recent visit, I had a problem with some of the bedrooms not cooling down, making it very uncomfortable. Ralph promptly identified the problem and resolved it within a few minutes at a significantly reduced cost compared to other companies. I highly recommend Innovative Air.

Great services available with affordable pricing. Was given a fair amount of information based on different repairs, reasoning for certain repairs and ways parts can go bad and how to prevent certain issues that can arise in a variety of circumstances.

I would highly recommend Innovative AC and Ralph. I left a message for Ralph at 8am on a Wed morning and he called me back within 5 minutes. He was able to get one of his technicians, Ryan, out the same day around 10am for a Heating issue. Our issue ended up being a simple fix but rather than just finish the job there, Ryan, took the time to run full diagnostics and adjust the gas pressure to ensure it was running at optimum levels.
