I would highly recommend Innovative AC and Ralph. I left a message for Ralph at 8am on a Wed morning and he called me back within 5 minutes. He was able to get one of his technicians, Ryan, out the same day around 10am for a Heating issue. Our issue ended up being a simple fix but rather than just finish the job there, Ryan, took the time to run full diagnostics and adjust the gas pressure to ensure it was running at optimum levels. Needed a new air conditioning unit in Queen Creek. Ralph was fast to get us estimated and priced. The deal was too good to be true. We purchased a brand new r-32 Amana 17 seer hvac system. Installed in one day, clean job and explained everything we needed to know for rebates and usage. We also received a brand new Wifi thermostat with the deal. In love with it!
