Used Ralph to do a Ring doorbell and several Ecobee thermostats installs last week. He was prompt and did a great job. He figured out the issue I was having with the Ring installation and suggested an easy solution. Came back after I purchased the part and had it working in 20 minutes. He is very knowledgeable, communicative, and even made some suggestions on how to use the thermostats. Definitely would recommend him. And, was very reasonable on the price he charged. Far less than most.
I accidentally called this company thinking they were the contracted repair vendor scheduled by my property manager when our AC went out. Not only did the folks at Innovative AC patiently help me triage this issue, but they were so gracious as to offer an emergency service after hours on a holiday weekend, even though I had inadvertently wasted their time. I can’t thank y’all enough; I will recommend to friends & family!
