I put in a claim in May 2018 for the warranty on my RV for the refrigerator. A serviceman came out and we found out that it was the doors that were not sealing on the refrigerator and freezer in the RV. We put two sets of doors on there and my refrigerator is still freezing up. This warranty for this RV I paid $5,105 for and now they're saying that they are not going to cover the refrigerator box itself. We filed a claim with them for a blown out tire. I had to send the information 3 times and kept getting letters back saying they couldn't read the information. However, when I called, they were able to read it just fine and denied the claim. I find it incredibly strange that they were unable to read the information until I had them on the phone. Oh, that and the fact that a blown out tire is not covered as a road hazard??? I would give them a 0 if I could
