Alan who owns this business was extremely rude, cussed me out when I called multiple times to see if he's coming to finish the job insurance paid for after we had a water heater leak. He then after being paid never came back to finish the job, and I had to hire someone else to finish his work.
Alan who owns this business was extremely rude, cussed me out when I called multiple times to see if he's coming to finish the job insurance paid for after we had a water heater leak. He then after being paid never came back to finish the job, and I had to hire someone else to finish his work.
We had a great experience remodeling our bathroom with Innovations Touch. Allan was thorough with his communication and his contractors were always on time and always cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely use them for future projects!
