I spoke with 7–8 contractors before deciding on Innovations Touch for my kitchen remodel, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, they were extremely communicative and offered helpful guidance on paint colors, slab suppliers, backsplash design, and sink fixtures. Their crew was professional, detail‑oriented, and truly took the time to make sure every detail met my expectations. Remodels are definitely not fun, but this team made the entire process easy and painless. I would highly recommend them!
Allan and his team are fantastic. We had some communications issues with a previous contractor and Allan walked through, listened to all of our issues, and helped us fix them in the proper way. He kept us very updated throughout the whole process and his team was very respectful and clean with their work. Would recommend Allan to anyone looking to do any scope of work in their home!
When hiring a contractor, I have a criteria: good communication/expectation setting, honesty, fairness in price, efficiency, and ownership/quality of the work. As a homeowner, it's been surprisingly hard to find contractors that meet my criteria, but Innovations Touch met them all! We were interested in getting a preliminary quote for a kitchen remodel. Allan came out to our home, listened to what we wanted, thoroughly explained their process and what we could expect and asked us good questions to help us clarify our direction. He then took measurements to be able to provide us a quote. His quote was sent via e-mail just a few days later and was comprehensive, thorough and within our budget. I had reached out to Allan at Innovations Touch as we were trying to identify a contractor to remodel our home.
