Alyssa is absolutely one of the best hairdressers/hairstylists ever. She knows what I want, and when I tell her the color I want, she delivers. Her work is absolutely stunning! She's also very kind, understands your budget, and knows what you want. My hair was box dyed black, and she was able to pull me to this beautiful copper/auburn color. I absolutely loved my experience! At first, I was a little nervous because I don’t speak English very well and was afraid I might explain what I wanted the wrong way. I showed Alyssa a few reference photos and emphasized that I didn’t want my hair to be cut shorter. She did exactly what I asked for! Alyssa is an excellent professional—so kind, attentive, and polite. I used a translator, and everything went smoothly. My hair turned out a thousand times better than I ever imagined. Got my hair cut, with a good friend of mine, and my friend wanted little to no highlights on the ends of her hair after getting it cut. when I saw the price of what we asked for it was 300$ for two haircuts and the smallest amount of color for her hair, and she fried her hair along side that and it's severely damaged. So basically 260$ for the tiniest amount of color. I'm absolutely livid. My friend also asked for about half an inch off of her hair and the girl cut it 2/3 inches. NOT what she asked for. I've been an Innovations customer for well over a decade. Kalyn exceeds my expectations every single time I schedule a hair cut, color, or consultation. When I'm there, I also get to see how well the other stylists serve their customers.
