I absolutely loved my experience! At first, I was a little nervous because I don’t speak English very well and was afraid I might explain what I wanted the wrong way. I showed Alyssa a few reference photos and emphasized that I didn’t want my hair to be cut shorter. She did exactly what I asked for! Alyssa is an excellent professional—so kind, attentive, and polite. I used a translator, and everything went smoothly. My hair turned out a thousand times better than I ever imagined. I've been an Innovations customer for well over a decade. Kalyn exceeds my expectations every single time I schedule a hair cut, color, or consultation. When I'm there, I also get to see how well the other stylists serve their customers. From formal updos to facial hair removal to men's haircuts to extensions (and so much more), they do it all with professionalism and friendliness. Got my hair cut, with a good friend of mine, and my friend wanted little to no highlights on the ends of her hair after getting it cut. when I saw the price of what we asked for it was 300$ for two haircuts and the smallest amount of color for her hair, and she fried her hair along side that and it's severely damaged. Cheyann always does my hair and lashes, and she is so kind and knowledgeable. She really takes her time and does her best to explain everything. The atmosphere is super relaxing and well decorated. The shampoo bowls are the most comfortable out of any salon I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a change or a touch up!!!
Kalyn did an amazing job on hair. I asked for low maintenance but lighter color (add more blonde) and she hit it out of the park!
