My 15 year old daughter wanted her dark hair lightened. She had gotten highlights done by another professional but was not happy. Michelle took the time to talk us both through the process explaining what she was going to do and why. We are both thrilled with the way her hair turned out and I am not even mad about spending $$ on it bc it turned out so much better than I imagined! It is lighter and natural looking. Just beautiful. Michelle took her time and did an amazing job!
