I am writing to share my disappointment with the unprofessional billing practices and the utter lack of customer service at this clinic. We are established patients at this practice, yet we were treated with zero regard for our loyalty or time. My wife requested a doctor’s note and was explicitly quoted a fee of $30 by the office staff. Jen Burt has magic hands. I had a big twinge so booked to see her the following day and of course the pain had disappeared BUT Jen discovered why, gently sorted it out and I am still feeling the very good effects falling into place 24 hours later. I’m going to see her weekly for a while and this is news to her! LOL. I highly recommend her.
I have used Dr Reddy‘s clinicnow back in 2018. I severed my hamstring and I was in severe pain and he got rid of it. I couldn’t believe it. This Doctor is amazing. He knows all the things to do to help you.

I love my doctor but I hate the reception at this clinic!! I’ve never had such a consistently difficult time to get through to book an appointment. There is no email, I haven’t even been able to leave a phone message because I’ve been on hold everytime, but when I can leave a message no one calls back. Beyond frustrating
