Glad to see i'm not the only one who feels this way about Dr. Ayo Adebayo. Same experience as the other 1 star complaint on here, dif issue. Read on, its worth it. First impressions: the carpets at the front door and in front of the receptionist are old, torn and dirty. Not a very "healthy or sterile" impression of the office.
The clinic treats patients as if they dont care for them. Trying to reach this clinic having called many times to sadly always be put straight to hold. The manager at this facility need to review the stats and how many patients calls are going unanswered! Totally unacceptable !
Totally poor service by this clinic‘s front desk staff who consistently puts you on hold I am trying to get an appointment for my grandson to see the family doctor but every time I call since this morning, they’ve put me on hold the manager at the site needs to review what is happening and how customers are being turned away
Poor front desk service ! They never pickup the phone to attend to your needs but put you on hold for a long time. This bad habit MUST change!
