Being the daughter of 2 hair stylists, it is hard to find anyone who can compete. However, Innovations does a great job. I have been there twice and both times I have been satisfied. My only suggestions are too be specific and speak up. Don't be afraid to stop them if they are doing something you don't like and speak up they can't read your mind. (At least not at first) My advice goes for all hair stylist/ barbers.
