Located at 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, New South Wales, Australia I had heard about Innovations for a long time and seen their brochures. Absolutely love Innovations and my family and I have been shopping with them for years including going to their physical store which is an absolute treat. Nice cafe there too. However, I'm very concerned that the changes happening lately do not bode well for its future. Firstly, the call centre which has always been staffed by local Aussies has suddenly moved to the Philippines. I'm not at all happy about that as I suspect others would be upset too. My order arrived covered in what appeared to be dirt or mould, and there was evident of rat droppings inside the box. They have since refunded me but no apology email or phone call. Completely unacceptable hygiene standards and will not be ordering again.
Very good items either online or in person. But if your planning to order online to get your items delivered just beware your order will take extra longer than other online stores. Their customer service has gone way down in my opinion and when you send an Inquiry or phone them on how long more you have to wait for your delivery they blame it on Australia Post. If I cannot visit in person to be able to receive my items straight away. I am never shopping with this company again.
