I have been a fan of Innovations for quite a few years, particuarly at Christmas. But I have now been duped twice by their slick marketing. I am always keen to support an on-shore group but do your due diligence and shop around before buying from them. Located at 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, New South Wales, Australia I had heard about Innovations for a long time and seen their brochures. I had wanted to go see their showroom but never had the chance. I was a little disappointed, it had nowhere the merchandise I had been expecting. Absolutely love Innovations and my family and I have been shopping with them for years including going to their physical store which is an absolute treat. Nice cafe there too. However, I'm very concerned that the changes happening lately do not bode well for its future. Firstly, the call centre which has always been staffed by local Aussies has suddenly moved to the Philippines. I'm not at all happy about that as I suspect others would be upset too.
