I had been trying for two days to link my itune music to Sonos. I had contacted the individual that installed my Sonos system and I called Sonos customer service 3 times. Moon looked at the system, made a few adjustments, and got the system integrated within two hours. Thank you Moon.

I'm a technician on Field Nation. At the beginning of November 2021, they assigned me a work order to replace a security camera. Parts were to be picked up at this office. I go there during regular business hours and no one knew a thing, and had nothing to pick up. I call up the manager, Mr Moon, who wasn't available until after I'd left and was ensured I'd be paid for the trip, and to try again on a Saturday, also assuring me someone would be there to meet me at a particular time.
