Innovation Senior Living took over management of my grandfather’s assisted living facility. Communication is poor, staff is severely undertrained and understaffed, while safety concerns are constant. They hide behind the premise of “affordability” while providing little to no care; no activities, poor-quality food, and even bug infestations. This is a business that clearly does not prioritize the well-being of its residents.
Ok but watch out - they are constantly increasing rent. It gets ridiculous
This community has a great warmth to it and the residents are well dressed and groomed all were clean and smiled as I toured this community. Very quiet and the staff was truly engaging as we walked thru the community!
