First time I've ever used self storage for anything, and I accidentally booked the wrong thing because I didn't read the details correctly. They helped me fix the booking, and got me in the size of storage that I needed. I was using storage for a long haul move, and they were helpful at every stage. I would not want to move this far again, but if I had to do it over, I would call Innovation again. They're awesome. This location is especially good if you need to load a (professionally driven) truck, as they have a truck dock.
Stephanie was amazing! She went above and beyond to be sure my move was seamless.
