I contacted Mark and appointed him to fix the leak in our pool. He arrived and asked us what we wanted done. I was surprised as I told him on the phone the pool was leaking and we needed the leak located and fixed. He said he had another job to do and would come back, which also surprised me as we had booked him. He did come back and told us that the pool needed resurfacing. Innovation pools resurfacing did a great job on our 15year old pool. It’s like new again. Best thing is Mark came to our house for a face to face consultation, no need to upload photos. He is very approachable, his team is professional, set a date for refurbishment and stuck to it. All done in 4 days. Keeps in touch and checks in with his team during the process. Happy to recommend.

Pool started bubbling within the year,initially responded & said if need be he would re do the work then correspondence dried up. Email trail to prove this. Do not hire !!! Can talk the the talk but doesn't back this up. *Edit Look at your books,I spent a small fortune !! *Edit 2 I'd recommend hiring a member of SPASA WA,these guys are not.
