I had a really great experience with them. He was quick to respond, easy to talk to, and very upfront about his pricing. What I appreciated most was how fair he was — another plumber quoted me almost $2,000 more for the same work, so having someone honest made a huge difference. I was introduced to Bryan Li of Innovation Plumbing Inc by his brother (Innovation Electric Inc), Innovation Electric Inc did such a great job, that I told him if I ever needed plumbing work done, I will give his brother's company a try. I had a serious kitchen sink blockage and NOTHING, and I mean nothing I tried worked. Baking soda, plunger, hot water, vinegar, 25' snake or coat hangar. The water just would NOT move and life in the kitchen was essentially halted! So had to admit defeat and called Brian as his reviews on Google were great!
