Matt and his offsider were kind, courteous, and helpful. They turned up when they said they would and ensured that I was informed about the process from start to finish. While the issue we were having wasn't terribly complicated they still ensured that they did the job correctly. It was wonderful to also see Matt in a education role with his apprentice. I can't recommend the Innovation Plumbing team more highly.
Matt from Innovation plumbing was brilliant. Our hot water system was only luke warm. I was worried we would be up for a new hot water system but Mart came to the rescue instead as it only needed a new part and it is now like new. He is like Superman. I really appreciate a honest, lovely, professional and reliable person who is one of my go to “house helpers” since it take a village to keep a house maintained. Thanks heaps Matt.
