Snow is the best, but all of the ladies are Lovely!
I’m not usually someone who complains about other people’s work or dedication, but I came here last minute after checking for the highest-rated salons in the Salem area (which aren’t many). I appreciated that they were able to fit us in, but overall the experience was disappointing. We arrived around 11:30am and waited over an hour, even though I had called ahead and was told they had time for two people. This place is awesome! Everyone is sooo friendly I felt like home here. The environment is welcoming and clean!! Would definitely come back here again!
Last year I came in for a gel mani and got talked into dip. The girl did way too many layers and it looked awful. The owner, Twee, offered to fix it for me. Twee did a good job fixing it so I decided to give this place another chance. Fast forward to this past weekend. I went in for a gel mani. The woman didn't understand me and kept trying to do dip and I had to keep telling her no, I want gel. I asked for rounded nails and she did square.
