When I was checking in for my appt. They have you do it on an iPad. One of the statements you are asked to accept is to gave pictures posted on u-tube. I tried to decline. The receptionist told me in order to see the dr I must accept this. I do not want my picture on u-tube.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Changed meds for no reason. Zero communication when messages left for provider. Pushed to see my primary every 3 months so they could get more money.
I schedule a massage appointment with the massage therapist, when I got there to the INNOVATION CLINIC. I asked to see credentials there unable to provide what I asked. I went online to do research I did not see anything on New Mexico boards for licensures and no records. SOME NEEDS TO REPORT THIS CLINIC ASAP

This place is the worst! I changed doctors because they didn't care about my pain! The lady upfront was Soooo rude when I called. I am changing doctors!! Thanks for nothing!!
