The 2 stars is only because it's easy to schedule. This company is a mess. It's also the poster child company of the rotten state of healthcare in this country. They claim they do pain management. Also palliative. But try to find somebody in upper management to express serious concerns to. I got Aetna, who handles my part d drug insurance! When I was checking in for my appt. They have you do it on an iPad. One of the statements you are asked to accept is to gave pictures posted on u-tube. I tried to decline. The receptionist told me in order to see the dr I must accept this. I do not want my picture on u-tube.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Changed meds for no reason. Zero communication when messages left for provider. Pushed to see my primary every 3 months so they could get more money.
