Front office staff unprofessional and unqualified
Innovation Medical Group in Cortez has completely collapsed since taking over Dr. Barkhurst’s former practice. What was once a respected and trusted local clinic has turned into an embarrassing shell of its past self. It’s hard not to notice the decline. Walk through the parking lot and you’ll see a dozen provider vehicles but only a couple of patients inside. That says everything.
