I attempted to schedule an appointment with a provider who has since left this practice and opened her own. Unaware of that at the time, I was intentionally given false information. I was told she was booked several weeks out and was encouraged to schedule with a different provider instead. That was not a mistake. There’s absolutely no reason to come here anymore with Dr. Barkhurst having retired. It’s genuinely sad to see what this practice has become. I thought I was the only one disappointed with the service, but clearly that’s not the case. Every visit comes with a new process. There’s no consistency anywhere. Policies, communication, or staff. It’s nice to see new, young faces, but they don’t seem properly trained on how to run a medical practice, which points to a larger issue.
