I attempted to schedule an appointment with a provider who has since left this practice and opened her own. Unaware of that at the time, I was intentionally given false information. I was told she was booked several weeks out and was encouraged to schedule with a different provider instead. That was not a mistake. There’s absolutely no reason to come here anymore with Dr. Barkhurst having retired. It’s genuinely sad to see what this practice has become. I thought I was the only one disappointed with the service, but clearly that’s not the case. Every visit comes with a new process. There’s no consistency anywhere. Policies, communication, or staff. It’s nice to see new, young faces, but they don’t seem properly trained on how to run a medical practice, which points to a larger issue. Worst doctor’s office ever since Innovative took over. Waited for a phone call for 3 days and get attitude when I call on the second day before they are about to close and ask when I should expect the call. I was not upset at this point - just wondering when I should expect a call since I had expected a call the day before. I’ve had the same doctor for 30 years and find out she is retiring in two weeks and now there is no one to help me until mid January.
