I was very happy meeting Dr Oba. He was very welcoming, concerned and took the time to ask about “me”. I was the typical “cold/flu” patients but was getting worse over the last few days. He didnt brush me off. I did show up at 9 am, signed up, and was told to come back at 10 am. I was to be the 2nd person on the list. I did, show up right at 10 am, but I think the Doctor started a bit earlier. That is great, but I did not end up being the 2nd on the list. So, I recommend showing up a bit earlier than 10 am. After ten years, I gave up hoping service would improve. I found better and more attentive treatment down the street at the Well Health Center.
The family physicians at this clinic are excellent: kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. However, the front desk experience could be improved. Phone lines often have very long hold times, and communication can sometimes feel a bit disorganized. With better call management and a more consistent approach at reception, the overall patient experience would be much stronger.
I first saw Dr. Rafique a few months ago as a walk-in, and I was immediately impressed by his kind and gentle demeanour. He could tell I was overwhelmed with worry, and he took the time to patiently listen to every concern without rushing me. He was incredibly thorough during the check-up and made me feel completely at ease. I left the clinic feeling so relieved—it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve EVER had with a doctor.
