A really nice walk in clinic. Been there two times and all the doctors are very friendly! The front desk girls are very polite and helpful. Yes, the wait time is long and the clinic is very busy. Looking at some reviews that are 1 or 2 stars, these human beings are not robots and not everything is under their control… everyone is bashing the front desk but in reality you don’t know how much they run back and forth. I have been a patient here for a year and I truly respect and appreciate Dr. Ola, who is attentive and caring. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the reception/administrative team. The lack of care, urgency, and accountability is shocking, especially considering how time-sensitive medical matters can be. I spent over two weeks…15 days+, multiple phone calls, and several emails trying to get a simple requisition faxed to a hospital. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my ongoing experience with Dr. Ola. At my first appointment, everything seemed fine, and the staff were polite. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. Since then, every appointment has involved waiting 40–60 minutes past the scheduled time, even though I always arrive 5–10 minutes early. Appointments with Dr. Ola are very rushed and limited to 10 minutes. He only addresses one or two issues, and if I mention another concern, I’m told to book a separate appointment.
