Absolute worst waiting time. You answer the first second to say pls hold and left me waiting over 15min. I hang up and call again and that is repeated. Why cant you give an option to book an appointments online instead of wasting patients’ time like this?! That too, while in pain. Thanks for nothing.
Worst clinic ever, the girls at customer service desk are the worst people i have ever seen on the planet, they keep giving wrong information to client and wouldn't own up to it , they are extremely rude and doesn't care about their wrong actions Then the environment is extremely dirty and very smelly.. Will never refer this place to any of my family members or friends ..
I was very happy meeting Dr Oba. He was very welcoming, concerned and took the time to ask about “me”. I was the typical “cold/flu” patients but was getting worse over the last few days. He didnt brush me off. I did show up at 9 am, signed up, and was told to come back at 10 am. I was to be the 2nd person on the list. I did, show up right at 10 am, but I think the Doctor started a bit earlier. That is great, but I did not end up being the 2nd on the list. So, I recommend showing up a bit earlier than 10 am. After ten years, I gave up hoping service would improve. I found better and more attentive treatment down the street at the Well Health Center.
