I have been a patient here for a year and I truly respect and appreciate Dr. Ola, who is attentive and caring. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the reception/administrative team. The lack of care, urgency, and accountability is shocking, especially considering how time-sensitive medical matters can be. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my ongoing experience with Dr. Ola. At my first appointment, everything seemed fine, and the staff were polite. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. Since then, every appointment has involved waiting 40–60 minutes past the scheduled time, even though I always arrive 5–10 minutes early. I have nothing but admiration for the way this clinic is run, to avoid wait time you have the option of coming in to put your name on a list, you then are given a time to come back.when you do you are seen right away like an appointment but not.it also frees up the waiting area and last but not least the front desk staff are always very helpful and polite and I cannot speak too highly of the whole operation.i almost forgot the docs of whom I have seen several besides my own and each one of them has treated me with respect an... read more

We saw Dr. Ijasusi today for my two year old son. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and fully answered all my questions. He was very kind and knew how to speak to a two year old to make him feel comfortable. We left with a complete peace of mind. The front desk was also helpful and there was minimal waiting time.
