I was referred to Dr Slack for PRP injections in my elbow. Since that time he has helped me with PRP injections in other areas. I have with multiple spine and joint osteoarthritis problems. He and his staff are wonderful . I am so thankful to have found a doctor that looks at alternative ways to treat pain outside of the usual steroids and pain medication method. I can't say enough good things about Dr Slack and his staff.

A woman here did my VA claim. She didn’t know what she was doing. Actually stating she didn’t know how to use the equipment to evaluate. The grip test was squeezing her fingers. Please don’t evaluate veterans anymore. Literally have serious issues with my hand from service.

Met with Dr Slack to discuss my knee issues, and he spent nearly an hour and a half talking about the problems and possible solutions. Decided to go with PRP injections with Ozone additive, and the results have been great. He has followed up several times since then calling from his personal cell phone, and has been great at answering questions. Glad to have found a doctor that makes such an effort at being a true partner in pain relief.

Dr Slack has been treating my back since 2022. He's thorough, explans everything that he could do to treat your pain, and personally follows up after treatment. He's taken my back from a near constant 7-8, to 0-2 after treatment. I've had several additional treatments over the years. It's a real pleasure to find a Dr that truly cares.

I have been working with Dr Slack for a few years now. I could barely walk on my right knee. Dr slack did a prp and ozone injection, and my knee has been pain free for several years now. I have also had prp in my cervical spinal to help with my range of motion as I’m fused from c3 thru c7. I recently had a prp injection in my left SI joint to help with the shooting nerve pain I get from spinal stenosis, herniated disks and a torn disk in my Lspine. Dr Slack is wonderful and offers regenerative therapies!!
