Called and received a phone call back within a reasonable time. Work was done professionally. The service was great.
Oscar Contreras, owner, sold me $1600 worth of defective product covered in dry rot, mold , and mouse feces , out of his office in Palatine. We have used Innovation twice now and both were great experiences! Plus my parents use them as well when they have issues with their appliances. The first time they came out was for our dryer when it started making terrible noise mid cycle. They came out right away and luckily the issue was fixed in less then a hour. The other time was to repair a hole in our ceiling by replacing the dry wall in our kitchen. All great work and amazing customer service!
Oscar was very kind enough to come to come to the rescue (AC stopped working), very professional, honest and reliable. Excellent service.
They determined that a light switch was faulty and replaced it in less than an hour and that included a trip to the store to purchase the new switch. On time, professional service and a reasonable price! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will certainly use them again and will recommend!
