Robin Tam is amazing! My hair has improved so much since I have been going to Robin. She recently used a new Organic Keratin treatment that was the best keratin treatment I have ever had. She takes care of her clients like you are her best friend and I never feel rushed, she takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. My hair was starting to thin and was so frizzy, Robin transformed my hair, she uses gentle, organic products and I finally like my hair again. Robin...you are the best!

Robin is the absolute best! She is very knowledgeable and stays up to date on the current trends and techniques. She is easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable. She takes great care of my hair and I trust her completely. It is hard for me to schedule appointments in advance because of my job and She has been so accommodating with appointments.

If I could go above 5 stars I would. I love my hair from the color to the cut to the keratin, it feels and looks amazing. My hair was a mess when I first started coming to Innovation. Burned out from coloring and shredded from my prior hairdresser, Robin has nurtured my hair back to health. It is the best it has ever looked and I have always put a lot of time and resources into my hair so that says a lot. Cannot thank you enough!!!
