This is THE WORST NAIL place I have ever been to. Screwed my toenails up so bad(just a polish mind you) My granddaughter could have did better. And to top it off when I asked them to fix them then they started speaking there language and laughing . VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

I went and got a pedicure and toenails painted and she(Cathy)messed up painting them so I got her to redo them and they still look like a kid painted them, do not recommend anyone going here, I only left one star because I had to so I could leave a review, a picture of my toes are on their photo section

i got my toes and nails done she did good with my toes but when we got to the nails she was very rough with my hands i got dip powder and the shapes are so off on every finger she didn’t clean up around my skin and the lengths are different too i always come to innovation and they have never been this bad. the lady who did my toes and nails was vickie

I have been using this salon since moving to Hartwell. David is the best nail tech I've ever used. I get gel, and the way he does it, they have never come off. The color selection is also great. Don't expect to walk in, though. He is appointment only because he stays that busy. He is Hartwell's best kept Secret.
