We had the pleasure of working with Samir (Sam) from Innovation Electric Inc. He was so pleasant and professional, and he really respected my home (making sure there was not a lot of mess). I recently contracted with Innovation Electric to upgrade my electrical panel from 125 to 200 amps. I was very pleased with the process from the detailed information provided in the quote, to their co-ordination with Hydro Ontario to the final installation of the 200 amp panel which looks very neat and professional. Highly recommend this team! The technician was very detail-oriented—the conduits are perfectly straight and organized. They even cleaned up all the dust and debris before leaving. The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. It’s definitely worth hiring professionals for this job!
We were referred by friends and had a great experience. Steve was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. He arranged for an electrician to come the very next day after confirming the three light fixtures were ready for pickup.
