Poor customer service, they make you prepay before they process your prescription (even with insurance) and it took THREE days for mine to be ready. Had to drive an hour because I didn’t want to wait longer to mail and avoid their $6 mailing fee. I’ve had other companies drive it to my door FOR FREE! Never again! There are other options.

Uses USPS for shipping....the most unreliable delivery out there. Poor customer service

Thank you for the feedback, Shannon. When patients talk, we listen! Our pharmacy offers patients the option to receive shipments via FedEx and FedEx Express or USPS. Because we know it's critical to see when a shipment will arrive, every package that leaves our pharmacy is assigned a tracking number that emails directly to you as confirmation. The innovation compounding team Is the absolute best around. My go to gurus for all things medication, compounding, IV therapy and even marketing. I just adore everyone on the team and feel they are the best to patients, providers and the community. If I could give them higher than a 6 start rating I would!!! The pharmists and staff at Innovation compounding are terrific, especially in the area of pelvic health and pain. I ask their advice (Shawn, Mitchell, Tara) before I ask my doctor. Great customer service and I like that they are PCAB certified.
