Truly HUGE parking garage! Barely used. Has lighting at lights via motion sensing all the way to the 8th floor roof (with trees). One metro stop from Dulles Airport. Bet this underused parking is next on the list for multi-day parking - close to IAD and just flat $4.95 fee per exit - free exit on Sat/Sun!
Nice place to park
There wasn't much info about parking @ innovation so here you go: the garage has multiple levels and from what I saw on a Friday, it was very easy to park on the ground floor without having to go further up the structure. You do need to leave the garage and walk to the metro stop. After leaving the garage on foot, signs will direct you up an escalator and then will need to use the overpass to walk over the toll road.
