They take the money upfront. The staff was very disorganized. As a working parent, I tried to be very flexible with all the schedule changes. They not only rescheduled several times with me, they did with my son as well. They never followed up as promised with many items. The most important items was scheduled two weeks out and they canceled the day of the meeting. High $$ and not at all what they say they are. Save your money and find another place.
