I got prescribed the wrong medication, which caused me to have an extreme manic episode. I felt like I almost went brain dead. First and foremost. Dr. Boudjenah (SP) is an outstanding Doctor. The staff? Absolutely not! They do not fill prescriptions on time nor are they consistent with following up with your medication. There is some woman psychiatrist who is completely repulsive, her attitude is terribly and the office isn't really interested in trying to work with you. Not really an urgent care. Sign says 9a to 5pm and I was asked if my issue could wait until tomorrow.
my experience was that they really don't care about practicing medicine and helping patients. They just want to take your money and deliver subpar service. Your money would be better spent elsewhere with a dr. that cares about helping you get better.
Absolutely misleading. Website says open 5pm-8pm. Drove for an hour to get here and the sign on the door says open 9am-5pm. To make matter worse, they never answer the phone. Stop advertising false information.
