RecommendedI love how Christina makes my sore body feel. When I leave I have a spring in the step.
Christina is the hands on Physical Therapist; you don't work with a technician. This may be the key to my much quicker and more pain free experience with a second knee replacement in a year, seeing Christina for the second. She is very accommodating to schedules, and even the tiniest detail is seen to, such as the temperature of the room and the music playing. I can not say enough good things about the entire experience with Innovate.
Christina is an amazing therapist with great manual therapy skills. When I was injured I sought her out above other physical therapists (as I am a PT myself) because of her expertise in the field and her ability to connect so easily with her patients.
Christina is amazing!! I never thought of physical therapy as a way to avoid problems or head them off at the pass. She is doing just that!
I've tried everything to unfreeze my lower back. Innovate has finally given me lasting results. My Powerlifting numbers have gone way up and so has my flexibility. Highly recommended.
Couldn't be more happy with the results Christina was able accomplish. Everything was so tight and bound up but she was able to gradually loosen it up. Can't wait for my next appointment!!!
