Best gym in Kingston! Great mix of resistance, conditioning and mobility training so you will get bored with your training. Group classes are amazing. They are led by friendly, knowledgable, and supportive coaches who can customize your workout to fit your personal needs. Your fitness level doesn’t matter, as there is something for everyone and the environment is very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make improvements to their fitness levels or just to stay healthy.
I was a rapidly aging runner looking for a new fitness direction that would help me feel stronger and fit and less prone to injury. I truly found it with this community. I had never done strength training and was quite nervous, having no idea even how to navigate the equipment safely. The instructors were very patient and encouraging and the community of people couldn’t be more welcoming and kind. Highly recommended!
I’m coming up to a year at Innovate fitness and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I feel stronger and healthier and I actually enjoy going. Don’t be nervous about starting here ! I have been made to feel extremely welcome and the training is based on a strong knowledge of the body, and use of proper form to avoid injury. The Trainers are thoughtful and encouraging. 5 stars!
