I love the atmosphere when I walk in, staff is very friendly. Crystal does an amazing job educating me on the process, she’s the best!
RecommendedSabrina is the best bodywork practitioner I know! Her knowledge of Holistic self care methods supports the treatments with Cryotherapy in a most remarkable way! And the staff -one word - Fantastic!!!

I went to Innova yesterday and saw Carol for Kybella and a few units of Botox. First off she is flawless looking which is comforting when you’re getting things done in a medspa, she was so nice, informative and did a wonderful job. Aaron was assisting her, he was so nice and helpful. The medspa is beautiful and very upscale. Highly recommend this place to anyone with spa needs!
Sabrina was wonderful! I throughly enjoyed my massage today!! She took the time to listen and find out what areas were of concern and worked them out.
The staff is friendly and inviting. They have have a separate room to wait for spa clients. Sarbrina was my masseuse and was kind and gentle making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back.
