They are just all the way shady. Let's just say that my in person experience was a joke and then when I talked to my bank about getting the loan set up they told me they wouldn't do the loan due to issues with the dealership. The BANK wouldn't do the loan because they're so sketchy. Crazy
Had a great experience at Innova, car was priced decently and has been running great so far. We agreed on the terms that he would replace the stereo (had a slight defect) and he had it done within a few days. Great business
These guys are the real deal. Hector and Omar bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable with the purchase. The cars on the lot on clean and well-maintained. I don't think these guys would ever sell a lemon. Glad I came across them. I could see them having my business for years to come.
It's been a complete joke. I met with Hector to purchase a truck. We agreed on a price, but the truck needed work. Hector asked for a $200 deposit which he said would be "100% fully refundable" to ensure he wouldn't sell to someone else. A few days later we contacted Hector to cancel and he said he wouldn't refund the deposit anymore. After enough questioning his business practices, he agreed he would refund it, yet, he has gone out of his way to either not respond when we are around, or refuse to mail the refund back.
