Appointment time was between 8 and 9 AM which is not common with most providers. Arrived at 08:05. Work was completed at the promised time. Very professional team including the lady on the phone. Left the work area cleaner than it was. I recommend Inova Air and Heating. Dustin and Zane are exceptional!
The technician was there within the hour and he was very helpful. He explained everything in terms a non-HVAC person could understand. I thought I had a gas leak, but it was the gas meter outside. I had another company look at the AC & they told me I needed a new motor. This technician told me my unit was fine and did not need to be replaced. I will have him return in the Summer to check the AC. I do recommend them.
