Dr Eric and his assistant made me feel at ease. He explained everything and I was felt comfortable asking questions. I had bad experiences in the past with dentist and have avoided them like the plague, but my personal experience at this practice in Launceston was great. Definitely recommend their services.
Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Christine Lim. The whole team were lovely and exceptional with the care and service when getting this done. Procedure was quick and painless. Recovery is excellent with no pain or swelling and plenty of after care support to help in the recovery from having them removed. Would highly recommend the team at Innova Dental if you need anything done!
I’ve never had a positive dentist experience until I went to Innova. They are so good! And don’t judge. I got a tooth removed the other day, and the lady I had was so good about it, made me feel so comfortable with getting it done! They also called the day after to see how it was going, honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!
The professionalism and kindness of the staff is fantastic, I've never had an issue. There is no judgement, just support to improve. I really appreciate the call the following day after a procedure to see how I'm going. It's reassuring to know that the care continues after you leave.
