It had been quite some time since I had seen a dentist and I wasn’t really sure about where to go. Everyone at Innova are great, especially Justine who has been my dentist. Very caring staff who explain everything and always make sure you are comfortable. I would recommend these guys to anyone, there is even a follow up phone call the day after a procedure to make sure you are feeling ok!! 🙂
I am super anxious about seeing a dentist. My visit to see Innova dental was not under the best circumstances. Massive, debilitating toothache. I went to my initial consultation with a lot of anxiety. However, Dr Christine set me at ease with her friendly professional manner. She arranged for the extraction to take place as soon as possible. I was extremely nervous going in for both a checkup and getting my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone at Innova is so kind and they were as gentle as they could be cleaning and removing my teeth. If you are nervous I definitely recommend!
Wow! The service is outstanding here at Innova .The dental treatment plans and the way they deal with their patient is just fabulous! Launceston is lucky to have such great dental care available! Highly recommend!
I required some emergency dental work and was referred to Innova Dental. I was able to secure a same day appointment even though it was a public holiday. From the friendly greeting I received upon arrival, to the kind, reassuring and professional treatment I received from Dr Christine and staff, the experience was a positive one. I can't recommend them highly enough.
