Had quite a lot of pain from my wisdom tooth and was short on time due to working in rural Tasmania so I was very relieved to receive a same-day appointment at Innova. Dr. Olan was extremely kind, informative, and reassuring and I had one of the most calm and pleasant dental appointments I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend and would definitely return if needed in future.
I have had several appointments with Dr Justine and all have been a smooth and comfortable experience. Her manner and communication is excellent you feel completely at ease. I recently had a tooth extraction that was not easy and had a great outcome. The clinic follow up call the next day was appreciated. They have always been on time with my appointments and welcoming. Modern clinic with friendly staff. Highly recommend Dr Justine and Innova Dental.
I had to move my appointment at short notice and the team were really accomodating. Dr Anna was very professional and clearly explained what was happening with my tooth (a nasty cavity bordering on root canal on a back molar) and the options moving forward. The filling I opted for has probably the best bite/feel straight out of the dentist of any I’ve had previously. Also appreciated the follow up call. Highly recommend.
I have had wisdom teeth pain for years and I finally got them removed. Now I regret not getting them removed sooner. It was quicker, cheaper and less painful than I thought. Great service, everyone there is thorough, friendly and thoughtful, I have never had a personal phone call after an appointment to see how I am recovering. This is now my regular dentist and recommend them to everyone.
Very good experience at the clinic for my root canal treatment, welcomed by the nice team at the reception, the dentists explained the procedure thoroughly and the asistants were so kind and supportive as well. I had so much anxiety for dental procedures in the past but I didn't feel anxious at all from the first appointment. Earphones were provided and I could watch the TV during the procedures which really helped me to keep relaxing. Totally recommend Innova!
