My son has recently got braces, he's 12 and has ASD level 2. Nobody in my family had ever had braces but despite knowing nothing coming into this, we've both felt well informed in a professional, concise, thorough, and easy to understand manner. I am so thankful to have found somewhere that is going to be side by side with us during this 2 year journey, people who we can come to with any questions and support necessary and you need that. My experience at INNOVA DENTAL has always been amazing. The staff at the front desk are always friendly & provide help when needed. I can't speak more highly of my dentist Dr Lim always cheerful,and makes your dental treatment as painless as possible &:does a fantastic job. I would recommend her to everyone.
I had my wisdom teeth out at Innova Dental with Dr Jess and her DA Rachelle, who did an amazing job. They looked after my throughout the appointment, checking in after my visit and with amazing follow up. I was really anxious, and the TV on the roof and stress ball really helped. Amazing service, and recovery was great. Thank you Innova!
I have had wisdom teeth pain for years and I finally got them removed. Now I regret not getting them removed sooner. It was quicker, cheaper and less painful than I thought. Great service, everyone there is thorough, friendly and thoughtful, I have never had a personal phone call after an appointment to see how I am recovering. This is now my regular dentist and recommend them to everyone.
I have had several appointments with Dr Justine and all have been a smooth and comfortable experience. Her manner and communication is excellent you feel completely at ease. I recently had a tooth extraction that was not easy and had a great outcome. The clinic follow up call the next day was appreciated. They have always been on time with my appointments and welcoming. Modern clinic with friendly staff. Highly recommend Dr Justine and Innova Dental.
