Very good experience at the clinic for my root canal treatment, welcomed by the nice team at the reception, the dentists explained the procedure thoroughly and the asistants were so kind and supportive as well. I had so much anxiety for dental procedures in the past but I didn't feel anxious at all from the first appointment. Earphones were provided and I could watch the TV during the procedures which really helped me to keep relaxing. Totally recommend Innova!
I have had wisdom teeth pain for years and I finally got them removed. Now I regret not getting them removed sooner. It was quicker, cheaper and less painful than I thought. Great service, everyone there is thorough, friendly and thoughtful, I have never had a personal phone call after an appointment to see how I am recovering. This is now my regular dentist and recommend them to everyone.
Wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, extremely professional, and a caring team. My wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly with zero pain during the procedure and even after. I really appreciate the call the following day after a procedure to see how I'm going. Highly recommend 👌 👍
Dr Christine and the whole Innova Dental Launceston crew are great to deal with. To convince someone to come back to a dentist 4 times in 6 months after not going for over 10 years previously you are seriously doing something right. Great work an am enjoying to my next visit 👍
