Innova Dental Launceston provided exceptional quality dental care and services for all the years we have been in Launceston. It’s the best dental service we have ever had, even compared to Singapore’s. Every member of the staff is amazing, and special mention to Dr. Fay who is such a joy to be treated by. Had quite a lot of pain from my wisdom tooth and was short on time due to working in rural Tasmania so I was very relieved to receive a same-day appointment at Innova. Dr. Olan was extremely kind, informative, and reassuring and I had one of the most calm and pleasant dental appointments I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend and would definitely return if needed in future.
I hadn't been to a dentist in 30+ years due to a bad experience when i was younger. Now in my 50's and having to take Prednisolone for the last 40 yrs my teeth had suffered terribly. I found Dr Olan, dental nurse Tayla and reception staff to be very accommodating. Xrays, photos, a good clean and 2 extractions later i was content and a happy customer.
My experience with Innova Dental Launceston was unlike any other. Dr. Olan was professional from start to finish, polite, gentle and her work was top notch. I went in with a chipped tooth and walked out a new man. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this “world class” practice.
Found myself in Launceston Tas, at end of the 2025 year, and realised that I needed teeth clean (and use of my BUPA credit for dental). Also an important consideration always for me, is access to gas.🌞 After some research I booked in with Innova Dental.. and had an excellent experience.
